On this video we see another teardown video of a 4R100 transmission.
Here we see the difference from the previous 4R100 teardown and this one. They are both a little different since this one has a PTO which is on larger work trucks and they do have a shorter lifespan in years than your typical unit but last longer in miles and workability if serviced regularly.
I am surprised as how long this unit lasted with a restriction on an orifice that is very important. Usually this will cause a 1-2-1-2 or 2-3-2-3 shuttle shift and work well after these shifts until you come to a stop and this will start all over again.
