I'm Anthony Stanley, or Stan the Trans Man if it tickles your fancy. Today, we're going to explore the updated and upgrades that ETE REMAN makes to its freshly released and fully remanufactured 6L80 and 6L90 transmissions.
Like rock hard abs and ice cold brews, this GM transmission proves that good things come in sixes -- speeds, that is.
Oh hey, it's Mr. Fully-remanufactured Torque Converter. Don't let his manly mustache fool you, it's tested for leaks, lockups, concentricity, and balance to eliminate bushing wear, vibration, front seal leaks and crying.
And since leaks are just the tears of bad transmissions, the late style stator support shaft has updated seal rings to keep your fluid where it belongs -- deep, down inside.
But the 6L80 is more than just a pretty face. The Transmission Control Module (TCM) is reflashed and recalibrated to the latest available factory-specific OEM calibrations based on your VIN.
Like the Hoover Dam, this unit has its fluids under control. Fully detailed with resurfaced pump rotor mating surfaces and a machined pump body, the fluid pump maintainscorrect fluid pressure and new, ETE-spec bushings improve internal flow control.
And -- last but never least -- the low sprag has been upgraded to a beefy 38-elements so this unit can handle additional toque and get all the ladies.
Next time you're in the market for a 6L80 or 6L90 that's like new, only better - and will
back you up in a bar fight -- look no further than ETE REMAN.
